Refund Policy

Our refund / return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your order was received, we are can’t issue a refund or exchange. 

Refunds / Returns (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund, return or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@enefmedical.com. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Enef Medical is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Enef Medical will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but we know stuff happens. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at contact@enefmedical.com, so we can help you out.

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact contact@enefmedical.com for the details regarding this process. Please note – the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items. Priority shipping costs and tips are non-refundable.
